Terms & Conditions
1. Founding Membership Offer
The founding membership offer applies to the first year of membership only.
After the first year, members will move to the applicable membership pricing, subject to the founding member discount where eligible.
2. Lifetime Discount for Founding Members
Founding members who maintain an active and continuous membership after their first year will receive a lifetime discount of UGX 50,000 on their membership fee.
This discount will continue for as long as the member keeps their membership active.
3. Loss of Founding Member Discount
If a founding member misses a membership payment or allows their membership to lapse, they will lose their founding member status and the lifetime discount.
Any future membership after a lapse will be charged at the standard pricing.
4. Membership Pause Policy
All members may request to pause their membership for up to three months in total.
Pause requests must be submitted in writing to the official Mwamba email address.
Membership pauses are subject to approval and must be requested in advance.

When do you open?
We are projected to open in the last quarter of 2026. Sign up as a founding member to receive email newsletters with updates on our project timelines and progress.
Do I need any experience to climb?
No. Mwamba is beginner-friendly, and most visitors are first-time climbers. Staff will guide you through the basics.
Is climbing safe?
Yes. Modern climbing gyms are designed with padded floors, strong equipment, and trained staff.
What is the minimum age?
Recommended minimum age is 5 years.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes, the price is discounted for everyone under 21 years old.
